A leading care service provider is looking for compassionate Care Professionals in Biggleswade to provide non-medical support to older clients. Successful candidates will have flexible hours and do not require prior experience, although good communication and reliability are essential. This role offers a pay of £12.50-£13.00 per hour, mileage reimbursement, and additional benefits such as a company pension scheme and extensive training opportunities. Applicants must have a full UK driving license and their own transport.

If you have customer service, retail, hospitality experience, or have good communication skills, you can transfer these skills and become a Care Professional. We’d love to welcome you into our team and show you how you can make a positive impact to clients in your area. As a Care Professional, you will provide a variety of non‑medical services to help keep our clients independent and living in their own home.

You do not need any experience or qualifications to become a Care Professional. However, it would be useful to have some experience of working in a care setting or interacting with older people. This could be personal experience of caring for a family member or voluntary experience. You will have a passion for supporting others and pride yourself on delivering an outstanding service. You will be reliable, trustworthy and respectful. You will enjoy building professional friendships and be comfortable in spending time in the company of others. Due to the nature of our service, we require a full UK driving license and your own transport.
