Job summary
A leading company is seeking an IT Support Engineer near Berkshire or Surrey, offering a blend of remote work and on-site visits. The role requires over 5 years of experience in IT support, proficiency in technologies like Windows Server and Azure, and strong communication skills. Salary ranges from £34,000 to £38,000 depending on experience, with responsibilities including troubleshooting, system configuration, and customer support.
Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience in IT Support.
- Experience working within a Managed Service Provider.
- Driving License & Car required.

- Resolving support issues reported by customers.
- Configuring systems including servers and PCs.
- Attending sites for installations and repairs.

Are you looking for a new exciting opportunity working as an IT Support Engineer based locally to Berkshire or Surrey?
The position will involve visiting customer sites when required, when you’re not on site the role can be home based!
Main Duties of the Role
- Resolving support issues reported by customers using a variety of remote tools
- Recording all calls in the ticketing system
- Monitoring customer’s systems and acting on alerts
- Configuring Systems including servers and PCs
- Attending sites for installations and repairs
Your Skills and Experience
- 5+ years’ experience in IT Support
- Experience working within a Managed Service Provider
- Windows Server, Hyper-V, Office 365, Azure
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Driving License & Car
Salary
- £34,000-£38,000 per annum, depending on experience
