Employment in this post requires an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, which the Trust will cover the cost of. Applicants who subscribe to the DBS update service are able to present a valid DBS certificate instead of requiring a new check.

Main duties of the job

Our teams provide holistic care to patients at home, including palliative/ End of Life care, IV drug administration, medication/ injection administration, diabetes management.

We have both full and part time vacancies available. There will be an expectation for the successful candidates to work weekends, late shifts and bank holidays pro rata.

With excellent links to local universities, the training and development we are able to offer is first class, allowing rapid upskilling and support with new skills.
