Job summary
A leading education support provider in Bradford is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a dynamic secondary school from September 2025. This role is pivotal in supporting students of various ages and abilities, ensuring engagement and success in their learning journey. Responsibilities
- Support teaching staff in delivering effective lessons.
- Work one-to-one or in small groups with students requiring extra help.
- Help manage classroom behaviour in line with the school's policies.
- Support pupils with additional learning needs or EHCPs.
- Encourage positive attitudes and engagement in lessons.
- Prepare and adapt learning resources as directed.
- Monitor and record pupils' progress and provide feedback to teachers.
- Assist students with homework or study tasks.

About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Teaching Assistant to join a successful and dynamic secondary school in Bradford, starting full-time from September 2025.
