About The Role

The Sales Engineer & Onboarding Specialist acts as a vital link between our product/technical teams and customers. You will collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to understand customer challenges and articulate how Nvolve's solutions address these needs. You will manage the technical aspects of the sales process—from discovery to demo and onboarding—ensuring a seamless experience for prospects and clients.

What you will do
  1. Partner with the Sales team to understand prospect requirements and demonstrate how Nvolve solutions can deliver measurable business value.
  2. Deliver tailored product demos, proof-of-concepts (PoCs), and technical presentations aligned with each client's industry and use case.
  3. Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and technical questionnaires with input from the Product and Engineering teams.
  4. Serve as a subject matter expert on Nvolve's platform capabilities, integrations (e.g., with HR systems like Moorepay, SuccessFactors, TMS, ETQ), and contribute to the implementation roadmap.
  5. Guide prospects through the technical onboarding process, ensuring a smooth handover to the Customer Success and Implementation teams.
  6. Collaborate with Product teams to provide field feedback and influence the product roadmap.
  7. Assist with pricing and scoping discussions for multi-site, phased rollouts.
What we are looking for
  1. Proven experience as a Sales Engineer, Pre-Sales, Solutions Consultant, or Technical Account Manager in SaaS or digital transformation environments.
  2. Strong knowledge of enterprise software, cloud platforms, APIs, and integrations.
  3. Experience or familiarity with frontline industries such as manufacturing, food production, logistics, etc., is highly desirable.
  4. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into business value.
  5. Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple technical stakeholders.
  6. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  7. Willingness to travel occasionally for customer visits, events, and team collaboration.
