Salary: £ - £ DOE + shift allowance + overtime

The Role
Join our team as a skilled technician supporting Mercedes-Benz Van in our state-of-the-art facilities. Full manufacturer training is provided, with ongoing training through manufacturer programs and Marshall Academy.
Who You Are
- Experienced vehicle, car/van technician or mechanic with technical expertise
- Team player, comfortable with processes and procedures
- Qualified vehicle technician, ideally with Level 3 industry-recognized qualification (IMI, City & Guilds or equivalent)
- Ability to carry out pre-MOT inspections
- Motivated, organized, and focused on health & safety
- Tech-savvy and confident with iPad software
What You’ll Do
- Service and maintain all vans across the brand
- Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic faults, including warranty work
- Perform MOT testing duties if qualified
- Complete job cards and electronic write-ups
- Conduct electronic vehicle health checks (eVHCs)
- Support apprentice technicians as required
