• Experience in direct line / matrix management of technical, professional, and trade staff.
• Knowledge of healthcare or critical infrastructure environments is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from inception to post-completion assessment.
• Develop strategic, operational, and tactical programmes.
• Deliver or exceed agreed margins through proactive financial management.
