We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Bookkeeper (Accountant) to join our finance team in Scotland. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Jabil's guidelines and local regulations. This is a fully onsite role, requiring presence in the office five days per week.

• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Enter and process supplier invoices in the accounting system.
• Manage monthly payment runs.
• Conduct credit card reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
<>Chase debtors and maintain timely collections.
• Prepare and deliver debtors reporting to management.
• Monitor cash flow and update weekly cash flow reports.
• Assist with review of payroll in line with company policies.
• Handle bank approvals for transactions.
• Monitor and report on FX exposure.
• Analyze factory purchases for cost control and capitalisation.
• Ensure accurate intercompany classifications.
• Assist with auditor queries and reporting requirements during the annual audits.
• Assist with troubleshooting of errors in daily transactions.
• Provide month end support to management.

• Experience: 2-5 years in a similar bookkeeping or accounting role.
• Education: No formal degree required; accountant qualification is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of financial processes and reconciliations.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills for internal and external collaboration.

• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• SAP experience is highly desirable.
