Our customer, an innovative legal tech company, is seeking two experienced lawyers to support the development of cutting-edge contract analysis tools. The company, currently ~100 employees strong, is building AI-driven products designed to help legal teams edit complex contracts and understand the downstream impact of those changes. This is an exciting opportunity to shape how legal technology supports transactional lawyers.
About the Role:
You will work closely with the product team to guide legal intelligence features—especially those that identify interdependencies and structural impacts within long-form contracts. You’ll provide insights on drafting and risk, evaluate existing tools, and contribute to the evolution of an AI-first contract editing platform.
