IFS Service & Maintenance Consultant
Job summary
A consultancy firm in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced IFS Service & Maintenance Consultant. This role involves leading service streams across IFS implementations, running workshops with teams, and designing best-practice solutions. Ideal candidates will have extensive IFS experience, strong communication skills, and a focus on delivery. The position allows for home-based work within the UK, with an estimated salary of £75,000.
Qualifications
- Experience in IFS service and maintenance, particularly in field service or asset-heavy environments.
- Strong functional knowledge of Service Contracts and FSM.
- Previous experience as a consultant or in consultancy environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead Service & Maintenance streams across IFS implementations.
- Run workshops with service, engineering, and ops teams.
- Design best-practice IFS Service / Maintenance solutions.

iO Associates are looking for an experienced IFS consultant who can take ownership, guide clients, and shape best-practice service solutions.
- Lead Service & Maintenance streams across IFS implementations
- Run workshops with service, engineering, and ops teams
- Design best-practice IFS Service / Maintenance solutions
- Support pre-sales and collaborate across technical / functional teams
- Mentor junior consultants and act as a trusted client advisor
- Multiple IFS implementations under your belt (Service / Maintenance / FSM)
- Strong functional knowledge of Work Orders, PM, Service Contracts, FSM
- Experience in field service or asset-heavy environments
- Confident communicator, strong ownership, delivery-focused
- IFS Cloud and consultancy / partner experience a bonus
