Location: Remote (Work from Home)
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday (Flexible)
Compensation: Commission Only ($70K–$200K+ Potential)
License: Life Insurance License (or willingness to obtain)
At InsuraTec Services Group, we help families protect their biggest asset — their home. When someone buys or refinances their house, they receive a letter in the mail and request information about mortgage protection coverage. Once they complete a short recorded survey, we’re notified that they want to talk to us.
Our agents simply call them back, set an appointment, and walk them through options to make sure their mortgage and family are protected. There’s no cold calling, no door knocking, and no selling to friends or family. Every lead has already requested help.

Participate in daily Zoom trainings (11 AM–12 PM EST)

Self-discipline to work remotely and stay consistent
Willingness to learn and apply feedback
Life insurance license (or ability to complete a short online course)
Laptop, phone, and internet connection
Most agents who follow the system make $100K+ their first year. Every sale averages around $500, and consistent agents close about 5 sales per week. Success is simple: plug in, stay consistent, and communicate.
