Evolution is an award winning, global consultancy that delivers real impact within the Digital Health sector and due to growth, we are looking for a Project Analyst / Junior Project Manager to play a key part in delivering innovative projects that are transforming the NHS and the wider healthcare sector.
About the Role
As a Project Analyst, you will act as a Junior Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager on selected workstreams while providing analytical, planning and governance support across our portfolio of digital transformation projects.
You will keep projects on track, ensure quality standards are met and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
What makes this role so unique is that you will be the second hire into our Project Consultancy team and report directly to the Practice Director.
We will focus on winning projects that will enhance your career & personal development plus you will have the autonomy to make a significant contribution.
Key Responsibilities
Lead on smaller workstreams or components of larger projects
Coordinate project activities, manage milestones, risks and dependencies
Prepare and maintain project plans, reports and governance documentation
Gather and analyse project data (such as financials, timelines and resource forecasts)
Produce dashboards and reports
Requirements
Consultancy experience - essential
Exposure to NHS, digital health or technology-enabled change - desirable
Strong analytical and communication skills
Ability to manage tasks independently and elevate when needed
