A global technology company is seeking a Privacy and Data Protection Program Manager to drive compliance and manage data subject requests. The ideal candidate has 5-10 years of relevant experience and strong knowledge of privacy laws such as GDPR and CCPA. This role is critical for ensuring that the organization meets its privacy objectives and stays compliant with regulations.
Qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience in privacy, compliance, or legal roles, preferably in a global SaaS or technology company.
- Hands-on experience with GDPR, PIPEDA, CCPA/CPRA, HIPAA, and other privacy frameworks.
- Experience conducting privacy impact assessments and compliance monitoring.

- 5-10 years of experience in privacy, compliance, or legal roles, preferably in a global SaaS or technology company
- Hands-on experience with GDPR, PIPEDA, CCPA/CPRA, HIPAA, and other privacy frameworks
- Experience conducting privacy impact assessments and compliance monitoring
- Familiarity with IT systems, data mapping, and core security concepts
- Preferred: Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and relevant certifications such as CIPP/US, CIPP/EU, or CIPP/C
