Satellite Crane Maintenance Engineer – Remote, UK
Job summary
A leading company in the lifting equipment sector is seeking a Lead Crane Engineer. The role involves having a deep technical knowledge of gantry cranes and ensuring compliance with inspection standards. Candidates must hold relevant qualifications and be willing to travel across the UK.
Qualifications
- Minimum Level 3 in an Electrical Engineering discipline.
- Structured training qualifications in lifting equipment inspection required.
- Previous experience as Lead Crane Engineer or Crane Service Technician.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate high technical knowledge of gantry cranes.
- Travel across the UK when required for inspections.
Skills
Education
Minimum Level 3 in an Electrical Engineering discipline
Previous experience as Lead Crane Engineer or Crane Service Technician
Must be able to demonstrate a high technical knowledge of lifting equipment, specifically gantry cranes within an operating environment
Hold structured training qualifications in the field of lifting equipment inspection (LEEA Foundation and LEEA Diploma)
Willing to travel across UK when required
