Territory Ownership Independently manage and grow a defined region by identifying targeting and securing new business opportunities across multiple sectors.
Local Business Engagement Support local SIXT branches by developing strong partnerships with nearby businesses unlocking regional sales potential.
Client-Facing Sales Spend the majority of your time in the field meeting prospects understanding their operational needs and presenting customised mobility solutions.
Market Intelligence Stay informed on local market trends upcoming infrastructure projects and relevant legislation to proactively engage new leads.
Consultative Selling Use a tailored customer-first approach to develop proposals that align with client objectives leveraging SIXTs full product suite.
Pipeline Management Self-generate leads manage your own sales pipeline and convert prospects into long-term recurring customers.
CRM Excellence Maintain up-to-date records in Salesforce ensuring all activity opportunities and customer interactions are logged accurately.
B2B Sales Experience Proven track record of success in B2B sales ideally in mobility vehicle rental leasing or the automotive industry.
New Business Development Confident self-starter with strong experience in independently generating and closing new leads.
Strategic Thinking Able to build structured results-driven sales plans and adapt quickly to shifting customer and market needs.
Relationship Building Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; youre skilled at engaging stakeholders at all levels and building trust quickly.
Sales Tools Knowledge Comfortable using CRM platforms such as Salesforce; experience with sales reporting tools is a plus.
Autonomous & Motivated Highly self-motivated and target-driven you thrive in a fast-paced field-based environment with minimal supervision.
