Organize and supervise the unit according to Compass Group UK & Ireland standards, contract specifications, and statutory regulations. Manage resources efficiently, oversee food preparation and service, and ensure quality standards are met.

• Provide strategic guidance and operational management through your team
• Experience in Contract Catering
• Effective communication, motivation, and leadership skills
• Responsibility for food safety and health & safety procedures
• Regular communication with clients
• Implement action plans based on customer feedback
• Promote the unit and act as a company ambassador
• Experience managing stakeholders
