A leading retail partnership in the UK seeks a Route Planning Support Analyst for their Customer Delivery Hub in Dartford. The successful candidate will manage the delivery scheduling system, ensuring operational efficiency while delivering outstanding customer service. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, optimizing route efficiency, and collaborating with IT teams. This permanent full-time position offers a salary up to £42,000 with the possibility of evening and night premiums.
ABOUT THE ROLE Are you a solutions-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for a Route Planning Support Analyst to join our team at John Lewis & Partners. In this role, you will be a key part of the team responsible for the day-to-day operations of our route delivery scheduling system, helping to deliver a high-quality customer experience while balancing cost and service. This role presents a valuable opportunity to utilize your technical skills and critical thinking in enhancing our two-person delivery network. You will be a primary point of contact for route planning system issues, working alongside John Lewis IT support and third-party software suppliers to ensure our systems have the highest levels of availability.
If you join us from 5th October 2025, in addition to your contractual pay, any time worked between 18:00 - 22:00 will attract an Evening Premium at a rate of £3.50 per hour, and any time worked between 22:00 - 06:00 will attract a Night Premium at a rate of £4.50 per hour. This will also apply to existing Partners who have enrolled onto Enhanced Hours Premium arrangements.

Hours of Work: Full-time, 37.5 Hours a week. Working 5 days a week with occasional evening and weekend work required.
Location: Origin Park CDH (London)
Working pattern/flexible working: The Partnership has adopted a hybrid working approach, meaning you'll be able to work a mixture between the office and home-based, upon your personal needs, whilst balancing the needs of the business. Hybrid-working can be discussed further at the interview stage.
Salary: Up to £42,000 (Annual), depending on experience
