Job summary
A leading consulting company is looking for an experienced SAS Developer for a 6-month contract in London with remote working options. Candidates should have over 5 years of expertise in SAS Programming, SAS Macro, and experience with Linux OS, SQL, and XML. As a SAS Developer, you will support the Risk Modelling Team in developing and maintaining various risk models. The role offers competitive daily rates between £500 and £600.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in SAS Programming, SAS Macro, SAS Stored Process.
- Familiar with Linux OS (RHEL).
- Experience in SAS Enterprise Guide and Management Console is essential.
Responsibilities
- Assist in creating and maintaining risk models.
- Work within the Risk Modelling Team focusing on credit and market risk.
Skills
Job Location: This is a 6-month contract role inside IR-35 in London, working exclusively for a well-known consulting company. Due to Covid-19, this role will be based as remote working in London.
As a SAS Developer, you will be:
- Working in the Risk Modelling Team to assist in creating and maintaining risk models across the credit risk, market risk and firmwide risk.
The successful candidate will have:
- 5+ years of experience in SAS Programming, SAS Macro, SAS Stored Process.
- Familiar with Linux OS (RHEL).
- Languages: XML, SQL, Bash Scripting.
- Experience in SAS Enterprise Guide.
- Experience in SAS Management Console.
- Experience in SAS MRM Solution – desirable.
Contract length: 6 months
Salary: £500 - £600 per day
