This organisation is part of the FMCG industry and operates as a small-sized company known for its innovative approach to production. They focus on delivering high-quality products and maintaining a strong presence in their sector.

• Provide financial business partnering to production teams, ensuring accurate cost analysis and budgeting.
• Prepare and review financial reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to forecast financial performance and identify opportunities for growth.
• Support operational decision-making by delivering actionable financial insights.
• Monitor and manage financial risks within the production environment.
• Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes for the production department.
• Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of production costs and variances.
• Implement and maintain best practices in financial management and controls.

A successful Finance Manager should have:

• A qualification in ACCA, CIMA, or ACA (or Qualification by Experience)
• Post-qualification experience in an FMCG, manufacturing, or retail environment.
• Strong understanding of production processes and cost management.
• Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
