A reputable recruitment firm is seeking an IT Support Analyst to join a fantastic company in Bromley, United Kingdom. You will be responsible for managing Active Directory, supporting Microsoft 365 Entra, and providing technical support to end-users. The role involves laptop builds and configurations, troubleshooting various technical issues, and maintaining documentation. This position requires working 5 days a week onsite, offering an engaging environment for an enthusiastic IT professional.
Qualifikationen
- Experience in Active Directory user account management and group policy administration.
- Proficient in troubleshooting hardware and software issues on Windows 10 and 11.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Entra integrations.
Aufgaben
- Manage user accounts and group policies within Active Directory.
- Build and configure laptops for end-users with necessary software.
