A leading safety consulting firm is seeking a full-time Forklift / Pallet Jack trainer in Cambridge. - Full-time Forklift / Pallet Jack trainer
- Full-time new hire Safety facilitator
- Chemical management organizer and Haz Com / GHS coordinator
- LOTO / Confined Space / Haz Com safety trainer
- Safety inspector and STOP Observation facilitator
- Coordinate and perform all EHS required trainings within the company
- Develop and enforce OSHA guidelines, policies, and requirements
- Ensure monthly departmental safety training is completed
- Directing accident investigation procedures
- Intervene in unsafe activities or operations
- Maintain records of safety related incidents and propose corrective actions
- Safety meeting translator and interpreter
- Driver's License required
- Bilingual – ability to read, comprehend, and communicate in English and Spanish is required
- 3+ years of experience required, preferably in a food production environment
- Good listening and communication skills needed
- Willingness to assist employees with safety issues and/or concerns
- Computer skills needed (Word, Excel, and Power Point)
- Verbal and written communication skills required
- Forklift / Pallet Jack license
