Job Description:
At Bupa, we’re here to help people live longer, healthier, happier lives and make a better world. As a health insurer and provider with no shareholders, our customers always come first. As Head of Identity Security and Trust, you’ll lead the development of Bupa’s identity-first security approach, supporting both internal and customer identity needs.
Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Trust are the foundation of our digital services and are essential to the success of our Savannah 27 strategy. They underpin how we securely connect people to the health services and the data they need, while protecting against fraud and unauthorised access, and safeguarding Bupa’s most critical assets.
You will collaborate with Group and our Market Units to develop frameworks, standards, and strategic roadmaps that establish secure customer identity practices and internal identity management to address identity-based threats and support data and AI initiatives.
This role requires experience defining strategic approaches to identity at scale and working at senior management level. As such, experience implementing or managing IAM solutions would not be sufficient for this role.
