We are seeking a Senior IT Support Engineer for a UK MSP. The role involves client-facing support, 3rd line troubleshooting, and project work involving Office 365, Azure AD, VMware/Hyper V, Windows Server 2016-2022, SQL, Cisco, Active Directory, Power BI, and scripting.
Key responsibilities include providing technical expertise, delivering excellent customer service, building stakeholder relationships, managing assets, designing and deploying server architecture, and supporting performance monitoring and escalation processes.
Ideal candidates will have experience with Hyper V, Office 365, Azure AD, Windows Server, and firewalls/security. Knowledge of VMware, Cisco networking, PowerShell scripting, and Power BI is advantageous but not mandatory, as training will be provided.
This office-based role offers flexibility, a modern office in the East Midlands, and opportunities for growth and influence within a successful MSP. The role reports to the Technical Services Manager and requires a minimum of 3 years UK work experience, with no sponsorship provided.
