Job Title: Architectural Technologist

Location: Manchester

Salary: £32,000 – £38,000

This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and forward-thinking architectural practice who provide their expertise to the residential, commercial, hotel, industrial, retail, and community sectors. They are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and talented Architectural Technologist to join their growing team in their Manchester offices.

To be successful in applying for the role of Architectural Technologist, the individual will need to have a relevant degree within architectural technology, as well as post qualification experience in a relevant role. The individual must be proficient with Revit and experience managing projects across a range of sectors. The successful individual will have working knowledge of UK building regulations and job running experience.

Skills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technologist:

• BSc in Architectural Technology
• Relevant experience as an Architectural Technologist within a UK practice
• Proficiency with Revit is essential
• Experience working on projects across either the residential, commercial, or industrial sector
• Job running experience
• Working knowledge of UK building regulations and codes
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work well independently and within a team
• Live locally within the Manchester area
