Job summary
A health club in Gloucester is seeking a Part-time Cook to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends. The role involves preparing food for various club functions and daily specials, alongside managing supplies and catering operations. A Food Hygiene Certificate is preferable, though training is available. The ideal candidate will be organized and capable of managing food preparation for the café bar and events. A competitive salary package is offered, depending on experience.
Qualifications
- Food Hygiene Certificate preferable, training can be provided.
Responsibilities
- Carry out catering preparations for various Club functions.
- Prepare daily food for the café bar/kitchen including sandwiches, paninis, and cakes.
- Prepare hot food for daily specials.
- Order supplies when necessary.
- Oversee deliveries and check invoices.
- Organise the storing of stock.
- Provide emergency cover in cases of absence.
