I am recruiting on behalf of a well-established fire safety solutions company specialising in fire alarm, AOV, and damper systems. They are looking for a skilled Senior Fire Alarm Engineer to join their team, working on installation, commissioning, servicing, and maintenance across a wide range of projects.
- Service, maintain, install, and commission fire alarm systems from small to large scale
- Lead complex fault finding and troubleshooting on fire alarm systems
- Program and test cause & effect sequences on advanced panels
- Work with relay wiring and system inputs for integration
- Deliver excellent customer service and professional communication on site
- Extensive experience in fire alarm and AOV system servicing, fault diagnosis, installation, and commissioning
- Strong technical knowledge and ability to work independently
- Competent in cause & effect programming on advanced fire alarm systems
- Excellent interpersonal and client-facing skills
- UK Driving Licence (essential)
- FIA or equivalent qualifications (desirable)
- Solid understanding of current British Standards for fire alarm systems
- Company vehicle, fuel card, phone, laptop, and specialist tools supplied
- Travel time paid (less 30 minutes each way)
