Our Platform Engineering department spans Leeds, Krakow, and Gibraltar, and consists of dedicated teams using agile methods to drive continuous innovation and improvement. We foster a true DevOps culture, valuing automation and seamless teamwork. You'll work with leading-edge technologies like AWS, Linux, Kubernetes (EKS), Terraform, Istio, ArgoCD and Crossplane to continually evolve and meet the demands of our fast-paced industry.

What you will be doing:

• Championing reliability: Implement observability and security solutions, with robust testing and disaster recovery strategies
• Accelerating productivity: Automate deployments and maintain state-of-the-art CI/CD pipelines to deliver efficiently at scale
• Powering infrastructure: Enhance container orchestration and data platforms, with Kubernetes at the core
• Supporting incidents: Support production through rapid response and participate in on-call rotations
• Elevating standards: Promote best practices, document processes, and help define policies for quality testing and documentation

Who we're looking for:

We value responsible gambling and are seeking individuals who champion this ethos.

• Cloud & Automation: Proficient in AWS, using Terraform or similar Infrastructure as Code tools for streamlined management
• Containerization: Skilled in Kubernetes administration and orchestration
• Developer Experience: Experienced in developing SDLC pipelines with GitOps
• Observability: Familiar with Prometheus, New Relic, Splunk, or similar monitoring tools
• Security First: Demonstrates an understanding of security best practices in every workflow with an Agile Mindset you'll be an effective communicator with experience in fast-moving, collaborative agile teams
