CMA is partnering with our Bournemouth-based software and IT client to recruit an Accounts Assistant on a temporary basis. This is a varied role within a friendly and collaborative finance team, supporting a £20m turnover business during a busy period. The position offers an immediate start and the chance to work across several key finance areas, including banking, payments, expenses and payroll.
- Process credit cards, staff expenses, daily banking tasks and support treasury administration.
- Assist with supplier management, handling queries and ensuring smooth processing of invoices and payments.
- Prepare payment runs and support short-term cash flow forecasting.
- Contribute to UK and overseas payroll tasks across monthly and bi-weekly cycles using a bespoke payroll system.
- Previous experience with end-to-end payroll is desirable and beneficial.
- Confident communicating with suppliers and internal teams.
- Strong organisational skills and accuracy when handling reconciliations and processes.
- Ability to start immediately and commit to a temporary assignment.
- Hourly rate £14.85 £17.95 depending on experience.
