We're currently on the lookout for an enthusiastic Junior Client Accountant to join our team in the London office. You will work closely with our experienced Finance team who will assign tasks associated with day‑to‑day financial functions, including the purchase ledger, expenses and sales ledger transactions.

The primary job duties and responsibilities include:
  • Raising invoices for retainer and project fees and disbursement invoices with appropriate backups
  • On a monthly basis, releasing revenue and expenses (WIP)
  • Following up on outstanding amounts with clients and notifying the accounts team on any issues
  • Running time utilisation reports on a monthly basis
  • Checking and approving job estimates
  • Assisting with bank reconciliations
  • Processing inter‑company entries between group companies
  • Assisting with annual audit
  • Covering for other finance team members
  • Responding to emails and queries promptly and professionally
