Job summary
A technical recruitment agency is seeking a Maintenance Electrician to join their team in the UK. The ideal candidate will have strong fault-finding skills, mechanical repair experience, and hold an HNC in Electrical Engineering. Ideal candidate will have the following experience:
- Experience in engineering maintenance or service roles
- Fault finding abilities with Siemens and Allen Bradley PLCs
- Strong fault-finding skills, especially with motor drives, temperature controllers, PLCs, and control systems
- Mechanical repair experience
- Experience in preventative maintenance
- Ability to work under pressure to facilitate repairs
- Flexible and adaptable to situations
- Team player and independent worker
- IT literacy, including Microsoft Office and Gradus CMMS
- Knowledge of building maintenance tasks
- HNC in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Extensive electrical knowledge, 18th Edition
- Valid UK Driving Licence
- Flexibility to travel within Cheshire area; expenses covered
The role is commutable from Stockport, Stoke-on-Trent, and Macclesfield.
