A dynamic event company in the United Kingdom is seeking a Delegate Sales Executive to drive revenue for international conferences and exhibitions. The successful candidate will utilize telesales techniques and engage with Senior HR Leaders to secure delegate attendance. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in telesales or conference sales, with a solid background in B2B event sales, particularly in HR and Tech. This full-time position offers flexibility and a chance to work within a highly innovative team.
The Delegate Sales Executive will work directly with the Head of Delegate Sales and play a key role in driving revenue for our major international conferences and exhibitions in Las Vegas and Paris. They will employ their sales expertise to attract high-quality delegates from the worlds leading employers and most forward-thinking organisations whilst ensuring our events are well-attended and diverse with a key attrition to group sales and delivery.
This role requires a resilient solution oriented and results driven individual with a proven track record in B2B event sales. The ability to commercially map sell and grow both our new and existing business sectors will be a key success factor for this role. The Delegate Sales Executive will be expected to deliver to revenue targets on a monthly basis adapt your approach to suit the markets we are focussing on and adhere to daily KPIs.
This is a fast-paced environment that requires collaboration with other departments and a critical aspect of this role will be engagement with Senior HR Leaders / CHROs to gain the buy-in for their teams attendance by utilising all channels available including but not limited to social selling tailored engagement and active appointment setting at a senior level.
