Introduction:

Job Bridge Global is currently seeking a highly experienced and dedicated HSE Manager to join our clients team. As an HSE Manager, you will be responsible for managing and implementing health, safety, and environmental programs and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You will work closely with management and employees to promote a culture of safety and well-being throughout the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and unsafe conditions.
• Implement and manage effective incident reporting and investigation systems.
• Provide HSE training and inductions to employees and contractors.
• Develop and deliver safety awareness programs and initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze HSE performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with management and employees to develop and implement safe work practices and risk reduction strategies.
• Manage and maintain HSE documentation and records.
• Ensure compliance with relevant HSE legislation, regulations, and standards.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging HSE trends.
• Coordinate with external stakeholders such as regulatory agencies and industry associations.
• Lead investigations into incidents and accidents, and ensure appropriate corrective actions are taken.
• Provide HSE recommendations and guidance to project teams and senior management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience working as an HSE Manager or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.
• Strong understanding of risk management and hazard identification techniques.
• Excellent knowledge of incident investigation and reporting procedures.
• Experience in developing and delivering HSE training programs.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with all levels of the organization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant HSE qualifications and certifications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HSE management software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
