Job summary
A leading digital solutions provider in Luton, UK, is seeking a Solution Architect specializing in Finance. This role involves leading enterprise-level design discussions, driving solutions ideation, and managing architecture for financial, HR, and procurement solutions. Candidates should have experience in enterprise architecture and a strong grasp of best practices in solution design and implementation. This hybrid position requires working in the office 2 to 3 days a week, offering a collaborative environment to innovate and implement strategic solutions.

- Drive solution ideation, design, and implementation involving Finance, HR, and Procurement.
- Assist in the development of a solutions architecture program.

Lead enterprise-level design discussions as a Finance Architect
Drive solution ideation, solution design, and solution implementation involving Finance, HR, and Procurement
Directly assist in the development of a solutions architecture program
Review enterprise architecture changes and validate against best-in-class industry standards
Direct the identification and recommendation of appropriate solutions, upgrades, replacements, or decommissioning options incorporating business and technology productivity, usability, and total cost of ownership (TCO)
Manage activities that take place during solution ideation, solution design, and solution implementation
Review business context for solutions to company challenges, design to realize the vision and requirements, recommend potential options (including RFIs, RFPs, or prototype development), select the most optimal option, and develop a roadmap for the selected solution
Communicate the architecture to stakeholders and collaborate with existing domain architects in the formalization and adoption of IT standards and procedures
