Job Title: Project Manager – Digital Platforms & Aggregation Services

Work Hours: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM CST

Role Overview: We are seeking a Project Manager to lead and coordinate multiple digital platform cleanup and enhancement projects, as well as aggregation service initiatives. This role requires strong project management, facilitation, and documentation skills to ensure timely delivery of milestones and successful execution of deliverables across diverse teams.

• Manage and oversee multiple concurrent projects related to digital architecture, platform cleanup, and enhancements.
• Coordinate deliverables across teams and track project milestones to ensure on-time delivery.
• Facilitate project meetings, document action items, and ensure follow-ups are completed.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of project plans, decisions, timelines, and status updates.
• Work closely with stakeholders to align priorities and remove roadblocks.
• Ensure compliance with organizational processes and best practices.
• Perform additional project-related duties as assigned.

• Relevant project management experience (5 years).
• Experience handling healthcare customers or working on healthcare-related digital projects.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, Trello).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Excellent documentation and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with digital platforms, architecture concepts, and web-based services (preferred).
• PMP or other project management certification preferred.
• Ability to work with teams across time zones, with availability to overlap with CST business hours.
