Within our Capital Delivery department, we are looking for a Project Manager to join the Waste Infrastructure team.
Based in our Shelton (Shropshire) office and reporting directly to the Lead Project Manager, the Project Manager will be accountable for delivering on key project KPIs across a portfolio of large capital engineering and construction projects within Severn Trent's Capital and Commercial Services business area. You will be a key member of an integrated project team, with regular site visits required across the West Midlands.
You'll be managing key aspects of project delivery such as scope, schedule, finance, risk, quality and resources, as well as liaising with project stakeholders at all levels.
Having a driving licence is essential as the role will involve travel to various sites.
Ideally degree qualified or working towards, or with relevant industry experience in Project and Programme Delivery, you will be a forward thinking and innovative Project Manager capable of managing multiple capital engineering and construction works.
Experience managing NEC4 contracts, and application of CDM 2015 regulations from a client perspective is desirable. You will have a proven track record of delivering projects in construction, aided by successful cost & time planning, budget control & contractor / stakeholder management.
You will be a dynamic and collaborative leader with excellent communication and influencing skills. You will have a strong ability to build successful working relationships with internal and external stakeholders from a diverse range of backgrounds, and hold a relentless drive for continuous improvement, with the ability to innovate and anticipate unexpected issues and challenges as they arise.
