Job summary

A leading tier 1 contractor in London is seeking a Senior BIM Coordinator to lead best practice digital project delivery. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of the ISO 19650 series, knowledge of Solibri, and the ability to discuss openBIM standards. This role offers a competitive salary of up to £44k plus travel.

Qualifications

  • Experience with ISO 19650 series of documents.
  • Ability to discuss openBIM standards such as IFC and COBie.
  • Understanding of tools to view and interrogate models.

Responsibilities

  • Lead best practice digital project delivery.

Job description

Great opportunity to step up and grow into a senior coordinator rolewith one of the best, digitally committed, tier 1 contractors.

We are looking for a Senior BIM Coordinator with the ambition to lead best practice digital project delivery.

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:

  • Good understanding of the ISO 19650 series of documents
  • Some knowledge and understanding of Solibri
  • Can discuss openBIM standards such as IFC and COBie to support information interoperability
  • Understanding and experience of appropriate software tools to view and interrogate models
  • Good level of FM knowledge and strong initiative

NICE TO HAVE EXPERIENCE(but not essential):

  • COBie delivery;
  • On-site project BIM project delivery;
  • Project handover.

SALARY

Up to £44k + travel
