We are looking for a process driven Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our maintenance team based in Cornwall, who collectively are responsible for all responsive and void maintenance works across Cornwall. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing costs and sales for maintenance and void contracts on an ongoing basis throughout the month. This role requires previous use of, and strong understanding of, the NHF schedule of rates. It also requires a solid understanding of construction processes, and effective communication abilities.
