1. Support the Head and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations
2. Lead and mentor junior kitchen staff
3. Prepare fresh, seasonal dishes to a high standard
4. Maintain food safety, hygiene, and quality standards

1. Previous experience in a similar role or a strong Chef de Partie ready to progress
2. A passion for food and attention to detail
3. Strong communication and teamwork skills
4. A reliable and positive attitude
