The Opportunity

As Demi Chef de Partie, you’ll support your section and contribute to the delivery of bold, seasonal dishes that reflect our hotel’s unique personality. You’ll work closely with senior chefs, learning and growing in a fast-paced, high-end environment where quality and innovation are everything.
