A leading facilities management company in Oxford is seeking an experienced Service Team Leader to manage a team of Cleaners, Security Guards, and Waste Operatives. The role requires passion for customer service and previous leadership experience. You will ensure high service standards and promote a positive work culture. HOURS: 42 hours per week
SHIFT PATTERN: 4 ON 4 OFF
PAY RATE: £15.00 per hour
