Job Description: As the Laboratory Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and conducting polymer and water testing, with a focus on pH values within our processing plant. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining our commitment to excellence and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and coordinate daily laboratory operations.
2. Conduct polymer and water testing, including pH value assessments.
3. Ensure all testing procedures adhere to food and production safety regulations.
4. Maintain accurate records and documentation of test results.
5. Train and mentor laboratory staff on best practices and safety protocols.
6. Collaborate with other departments to support product development and quality assurance.
7. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to testing equipment and procedures.
8. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in testing methodologies.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Food Science, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably within the food industry.
3. Strong knowledge of polymer and water testing techniques.
4. Familiarity with food safety regulations and standards.
5. Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
8. Effective communication skills.
