About the Role:

As a Breakfast Chef at Cairn Group, you’ll lead the morning brigade with energy, skill, and a passion for delivering the perfect start to our guests’ day.

With a focus on fresh, high-quality food, you’ll take ownership of breakfast service and support lunch or conference catering when needed. You’ll set the tone for the kitchen each day—ensuring standards are high, food is prepared with care, and operations run like clockwork.

You’ll play a key role in managing kitchen safety, hygiene, and stock control, while helping to train and motivate the team to exceed expectations. Your professional approach and attention to detail will help create a seamless guest experience, from the first bite to the last.
