A sustainable facilities management provider in Tamworth is seeking a Multi Site Caretaker. This permanent full-time role involves 40 hours per week covering multiple sites, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and performing minor maintenance tasks. Candidates must have experience in the FM industry, a strong focus on customer service, and a full UK driving license. The position offers a competitive salary of £26,436.80 per annum and various benefits including paid annual leave and life cover.
Equans is recruiting for a Multi Site Caretaker to be based out of Tamworth Belgrave Community Fire Station, B77 2JN. Mainly covering sites.
This is a permanent full time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is salary of £26,436.80 per annum and benefits package.
Shift times:
Monday - Friday 07:30 - 16:00 with 30 minutes un-paid break. On-Call to cover Out of Hours Emergency Call Outs including weekends and bank holidays (current frequency 1 in 7 but subject to change).
