What will I be doing?

As a Spa Therapist, you will manage and perform professional spa and beauty treatments to ensure an excellent Guest and Member experience. Treatments include massages, body treatments, facials, manicures, pedicures, and more. You will also help achieve sales targets and manage customer feedback. Your responsibilities include:

• Providing high-quality service in line with the company's brand standards.
• Managing treatment procedures, maintaining current knowledge, and ensuring compliance with legislation and standards.
• Ensuring a smooth client experience, including bookings, payments, and consultation records.
• Communicating effectively with clients, members, team members, guests, and management.

What are we looking for?

• Minimum one year of experience in the beauty industry.
• Recognized beauty therapy or hair qualification.
• Strong commitment to customer service.
• Flexibility to adapt to different work situations.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Preferred: experience managing own diary and working as a Beauty Therapist.
