Role Overview

As a Costa Barista, you’ll enjoy the pride of working for the nation’s favourite coffee shop, with comprehensive training and benefits. Your main duties include making high-quality coffee, serving customers with a smile, and maintaining store cleanliness and safety.

Responsibilities:

1. Crafting great coffee that hits the right notes every time
2. Providing excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
3. Learning about Costa products including teas, frappes, and seasonal ranges
4. Working with your team to uphold health & safety standards and cleanliness
5. Having fun, learning, developing, and meeting great people
