Project Manager – Fast-Track Cat A & B Fit-Out

£85,000 – £95,000 + Package + Bonus

We’re working with a leading multi-discipline contractor with a strong presence across London and the South East, delivering projects through specialist divisions in full-scale M&E, high-end fit-out, and major refurbishment. The fit-out division is a cornerstone of the company’s success — delivering precision-led Cat A & Cat B commercial projects for a loyal client base in London’s most prestigious locations. Working alongside their in-house M&E teams, they offer a seamless, fully integrated service that sets them apart in the market.

This role is an opportunity to join at Project Manager level, deliver a couple of flagship schemes to immerse yourself in the company’s systems and standards, and then step up to Contracts Manager within 12 months.

For someone with the ambition to lead multiple projects and teams, this is a clear and supported route to senior management.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for delivering a range of fast-track Cat A & B fit-out projects across central London, typically ranging from £50k to £500k. These are quality-led schemes with challenging programmes and exacting client expectations, requiring tight control over programme, cost, quality, and safety.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full lifecycle of Cat A & B commercial fit-out projects

*

Lead site teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure smooth delivery

*

Act as the primary client contact, building trust and lasting relationships

*

Oversee programme, budget, risk management, and health & safety compliance

*

Work closely with internal M&E, design, and commercial teams for integrated delivery

*

Ensure all work meets quality standards and client specifications

What We’re Looking For

*

Proven experience managing Cat A & B fit-out projects in London

*

Track record with fast-track schemes between £50k–£500k

*

Main contractor background (Tier 1 or strong Tier 2)

*

Excellent client-facing and organisational skills

*

Strong leadership qualities with ambition to progress to Contracts Manager level

*

SMSTS, CSCS (Black or White), and First Aid certifications
