Job summary

Avon is seeking a Zone Manager to empower Representatives and Sales Leaders, driving sales growth and local initiatives across a designated UK zone. You will coach, support recruitment, and ensure delivery of Avon’s sales strategy in fast-paced field settings.

You will lead training, events, and community engagement programs while travelling across your territory to maximise performance and build strong relationships with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience driving sales growth.
• Strong relationship-building with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and develop Sales Leaders across the zone.
• Support Representative growth through engagement and recognition initiatives.
• Plan and deliver local events, training, and recruitment activities.
• Grow Avon presence in new and underrepresented territories.
• Deploy campaigns and business priorities to maximise sales performance.
• Monitor performance data and drive action plans to achieve KPIs.
• Deliver one-to-one and group coaching to build confidence and capability.
