Colt Technology Services Group Ltd. is seeking a Security Architect specialized in the Microsoft Security platform to lead architecture for Defender, Entra ID and Purview.

You will own design authority for Microsoft Security across a hybrid, global estate and drive secure adoption of AI/LLM tools with governance. The role focuses on Zero Trust-aligned security architectures, data protection, and secure integration of Defender and Purview across endpoints, identities, and services, working with

Qualifications

• 5+ years of information security experience in large-scale enterprise or telecoms
• Deep expertise in Microsoft 365 E5 security capabilities (Defender, Entra ID, Purview)
• Strong understanding of Zero Trust and identity-driven security models
• Experience deploying Defender and SIEM within a broader security ecosystem
• Ability to translate complex security concepts into business outcomes

Responsibilities

• Act as design authority for Microsoft Security architecture (Defender, Entra ID, Purview)
• Define and maintain target architecture for the Microsoft security platform aligned to Zero Trust
• Lead design and implementation of Defender capabilities across endpoints, identities and services
• Define integration patterns between Defender and non-Microsoft tools across server and infrastructure
• Deliver Microsoft Purview solutions (DLP, Information Protection, Insider Risk, data governance)
• Implement identity-first security controls using Entra ID (P2), CA, MFA, PIM
• Support modernisation of Colt’s SOC with Defender and Sentinel telemetry
• Develop architecture artefacts, standards and guidance documentation
