Job summary

Colt Technology Services Group Ltd. is seeking a Security Architect specialising in the Microsoft Security platform to drive architecture across Defender, Entra ID and Purview in a Zero Trust context. You will partner with Security Engineering, SOC, Risk and wider technology teams to Modernise Colt’s security posture.

The role focuses on design authority, architecture delivery and governance across a hybrid estate, with opportunities to influence AI/Copilot security and data governance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of information security experience in large-scale enterprise or telecoms
• Deep Microsoft 365 E5 security knowledge (Defender, Entra ID, Purview)
• Strong Zero Trust security design principles
• Experience with risk assessments and security design reviews
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Act as design authority for Microsoft Security architecture (Defender, Entra ID, Purview)
• Define target architecture for Microsoft security platform aligned to Zero Trust
• Lead deployment of Defender across endpoints, identities and services
• Define integration patterns with non-Microsoft security tooling
• Deliver Purview solutions including DLP, Information Protection and Insider Risk
• Define identity-first controls using Entra ID (P2) including CA, MFA, PIM
• Support SOC modernization using Defender and Sentinel telemetry
• Produce architecture artefacts and guidance documentation
