Job summary

Barclay Simpson is seeking a Delivery Lead to shape and implement a Zero Trust security model across a large, multi-divisional organisation in the UK. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on delivery, engaging architects, engineers, and IT teams to deliver secure transformations.

You'll report to the Head of Cyber Transformation Programme and define the roadmap, ensuring adoption across federated landscapes while managing governance, budgets, and cross-functional dependencies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading enterprise Zero Trust strategy and delivery.
• Experience delivering large-scale cyber or technology transformation initiatives end-to-end.
• Experience operating within complex, federated, or multi-divisional organisations.
• Demonstrated success managing senior stakeholders, governance forums, vendors, and programme budgets.
• Ability to influence at executive level and sustain engagement across long-term transformation programmes.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the enterprise Zero Trust strategy and adoption roadmap.
• Own the Zero Trust architecture across cloud, identity, endpoint, and network domains.
• Lead end-to-end programme delivery with governance and milestones.
• Manage budgets, vendors, and cross-functional dependencies.
• Engage senior stakeholders and drive adoption across divisions.
